I am contacting you in regards to the Executive Chef/Manager position at BIC Corporation. I would like to thank you for granting me an interview, most of all I would like to clarify to you, in reference to when I mentioned that I was entertaining another offer. I was not intending to lead you to believe that I was not interested, but merely being honest and letting you know that I was looking for the best position to fit myself and my family. I decided that the other offer was not fit for me.
I would also like to express to you that I am interested in taking ownership of this position and that I am in it for the long haul. It was not my intention to portray to you that I would not be a dedicated employee.
With my background and experience, I firmly believe and have no reservations that I would instantly become an invaluable employee to Cafe Services. With my experience in the restaurant industry I am confident that I will increase revenue within the first 90 days of employment, delivering and executing more than exceptional service and catering to the employees/executives of the BIC Corporation.
I've worked with some of the best chefs in Connecticut and can offer extraordinary dishes that I will be able to incorporate into Cafe Services repertoire.
I would be grateful if you would consider me for this position or for a similar position if one shall arise in the future. I believe that I am the best candidate for this position and I will make myself available to meet with you at your earliest convenience.
Thanks in advance for your time, I look forward to your call.
